Access Beauty

Our Access Beauty course is a hands-on Beauty Therapy programme that provides an introduction to a wide range of practical skills and aims to help participants take the first steps towards a career in this sector.

The course is delivered in partnership with Edinburgh College and is designed for unemployed students from disadvantaged backgrounds who may require support to maintain a college place. It offers progression on to a range of related courses at the College.

The course requires less than 16 hours a week attendance and should not affect benefit entitlement. Participants are provided with support to help them with any issues they may face in or outside of college.

The course is FREE but eligibility criteria may apply. Financial support may be available through Edinburgh College. There are no formal qualifications needed for this course, but a positive attitude, good work ethic and an interest in the subject are essential.
