What

Mindfulness meditation practice is one way to truly experience the current moment and integrate that awareness into your everyday life.

These sessions are friendly and informal – all abilities welcome.

Who

These sessions are open to all Access to Industry students.

Wednesdays, 4pm.

Why

Mindfulness can be a really helpful tool to learn for managing feelings of stress or anxiety.
