We would like to invite those interested in our Access Data project to an Online Taster Session titled “Handy tools to help your children learn.”
The session will be facilitated by Frank Duffy, the founder of Code Division – a not for profit organization and SQA accredited Centre committed to designing and delivering bespoke industry focused courses to empower disadvantaged individuals and communities. Our expert has worked in the tech industry for over 20 years, then moved into education and has worked in schools, colleges and universities.

The session will take place on Thursday 22 April and Monday 26 April, both from 10 a.m. to 11.30am. The same session will be delivered on both dates – please choose the date that suits you most. Our taster sessions are aimed at parents eligible for the project (see below).

Eligibility: Access Data is for parents, or those with parental responsibilities, living in the City of Edinburgh, who are either unemployed or on a low income, and find themselves in one or more of the groups listed below:

Our taster sessions are designed for parents. Although we invite professionals to come along, if you are a person working with Edinburgh parents and would like to learn more, we recommend getting in touch with Magda Gucman to arrange a separate meeting.
